Participate in fun and friendly challenges: This community activity would involve members taking on a new health or wellness challenge. It could range from trying out a new healthy recipe, participating in a Step Challenge or even adopting a new healthy habit. Participating will help members to gain new knowledge, stay active, and push their limits consistently.

Attend multiple "Live Events" with me each week: Here, community members could attend live sessions via video where we offer "Weekly Check-Ins" every Sunday to reflect on the past week, "Tips and Tricks to Stay Motivated and Consistent", or "For the Love of Food". These activities offer members an interactive and motivating way to stay on track, and it provides an opportunity to learn from the experiences and techniques of others in real time.
